REQUIRED BANKRUPTCY COURSE
As per the Bankruptcy Abuse and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA), consumers who file a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy are required to complete a Bankruptcy Credit Counseling session with an approved non-profit counseling agency.
